The construction of Birla Evara, a single-phase luxury apartment project, started on May 25, 2025, and is expected to be finished in December 2031. It will provide high-class living in East Bangalore. To make up the project, thirteen towers are added. Each has two bases and twenty-four stories. The master plan makes it clear how the growth should go and makes sure that the building process is organized and efficient. Birla Evara sprawls over 25 acres and includes 13 skyscrapers with a total of 1,594 apartments. The project ranch has apartments that range in size from 449 to 1630 square feet and come with 1, 2, 3, 3.5, or 4 BHK choices.
